健康体检人群良性前列腺增生的调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查了解健康体检男性人群中良性前列腺增生(BPH)的患病情况。方法调查对象为体检中心9年来(1999-2007年)所有参检的男性体检者,进行前列腺的直肠指检和腹部B超检测,并对增生程度进行分度。结果总患病率为30.0%;<40岁患病率为1.3%;40～49岁患病率为10.7%;50～59岁患病率为39.0%;60～69岁患病率为67.7%;70～79岁患病率为72.2%;≥80岁为患病率66.7%;BPH的增生程度:60岁以前,BPH以Ⅰ度为主,60岁以后部分发展为Ⅱ度;Ⅲ度仅见于80岁以上的老人;历年的患病率有增高趋势,以2003年患病率最高。结论BPH在老年男性这一群体中是一个非常普遍和不容忽视的现象。应该进行健康管理。Objective To investigate condition with disease of benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）in men of health examination crowd. Methods The investigation object is all men in health examination from 1999 to 2007 in medical examination center, those who were done digital rectal examination of corpus glandulare prostatae and abdominal hypersound, and to scale division for degree of hyperplasy. Results The total attack rate is 30.0% ,and the attack rate of groups who was below forty years old is 1.3% ,and the attack rate of groups between 40 -49 years old is 10. 7% ,and the attack rate of groups between fifty and fifty-nine years old is 39.0%, and the attack rate of groups between 60 -69 years old is 67. 7%, and the attack rate of groups between seventy and seventy-nine years old is 72.2% ,and the attack rate of groups who was above eighty years old is 66. 7%. hyperplasy degree of benign prostatic hyperplasia is that the first degree of BPH is primary sixty years old before, and after sixty years old is develop the second degree of BPH, and the third degree of BPH is only to see the men who was above eighty years old. The attack rate of over the years has high tendency, and the attack rate of the year 2007 is highest. Conclusion Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a very generally and not allow disregardful phenomenon in gerontism men, and we should do the healthy administration.
