摘 要:设计一种新型便携式轨道车辆称重仪,实现轨道车辆质量及偏载状态的动、静态测量。采用特殊设计的应变式称重传感器,通过支撑装置固定于轨道内侧,车辆质量由轮缘作用于传感器称重梁,由称重梁变形得到轮重信号。选用C8051F020高速单片机作为数据采集、处理的核心芯片,采用触发中断技术进行数据采集,具有较好的实时性;通过数据排序及平均处理,提高动态称重精度;采用液晶显示器、微型打印机及RS-485标准串口实现人机交互及数据通信。经实测:该系统在通过速度不大于5 km/h时,动态称重精度优于3%。Portable rail vehicles weighing instrument was designed to achieve dynamic and static measurements of weight and partial load conditions. Strain load cell was designed specially, two sensors were installed inside the rail through supporting bars, the weight of vehicles was transferred to weighing beams through the wheel flange, and the instrument got the weighing signal by the beam deformation. The design used C805117020 microcontroller as the high-speed data acquisition and processing core chip, used interruption triggered data acquisition technology to get better real-time performance. It improved dynamic weighing accuracy through sorting data and average processing; adopted LCD monitors, micro-printers and standard RS-485 serial port to realize data communication. The system, as measured by the speed of not more than 5 km/h, has the dynamic weighing accuracy better than 3%.
