摘  要:为了解决模糊控制中的强化调节作用与静态稳定性之间的矛盾,针对污水处理的溶解氧控制系统的非线性、大惯性、大时滞及时变和难以精确建模等特点,提出将模糊控制的强鲁棒性和传统PID控制的优稳态特性相结合的思路,设计了模糊PID控制模型。该控制方法在珠海丽珠制药污水处理控制系统中得到了应用,与原来的常规PID控制系统相比,稳定性更好,能耗更低,具有一定的推广应用价值。The process of dissolved oxygen control system in wastewater treatment is of nonlinearity, big inertia, long time delay and incapable to establish the precise model. To solve the contradiction between the intensifying adjustment and the static stability in fuzzy control, a technique that combined the robust adjustment of fuzzy control and the good static stability of conventional PID control was proposed. The model of fuzzy-PID control was given. The new control method was applied in wastewater treatment control system of Lizhu pharmacy factory in Zhuhai. Compared with the normal PID control method, the application results showes that the new method has better stability and lower energy consumption. The strategy can be easily popularized.
