健康教育在提高慢性肾功能衰竭竭患者诱导透析治疗顺应性中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨健康教育在提高慢性肾功能衰竭患者诱导透析治疗顺应性中的作用。方法选择100例慢性肾功能衰竭且达到透析标准需行诱导透析的患者并随机分为健康教育组和对照组,对健康教育组分别在诱导透析治疗前、中、后进行健康教育。结果健康教育组及对照组在诱导透析治疗顺应性中的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健康教育组对诱导透析治疗顺应性明显高于对照组,健康教育可使慢性肾功能衰竭患者从诱导透析治疗顺利过渡到规律性透析治疗;增加患者对护士的信任感,提高护士对工作的责任感,融洽护患关系。Objective To investigate the role of health education in the improvement of the compliance of leading dialysis in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods One hundred eases with Chronic Renal Failure who reached the standard of dialysis and needed the treatment of leading dialysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups：health education group and control group, the health education was carried out in the health education group before, during and after the treatment of leading dialysis. Results The difference of the compliance of leading dialysis between these two groups had statistical significance. Conclusion The compliance of leading dialysis of the health education group is obviously superior to the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and health education can smoothly transit the chronic renal failure patients from the leading dialysis model to the regular dialysis, and this can improve patients＇confidence on nurses＇health education, strengthen the nurses＇sense of responsibility and finally improve the harmonious relationship between Nurse and Patient.
