摘  要:目的通过对髋部不同体位的骨密度值(BMD)、骨矿含量(BMC)的测量,了解体位变化对髋部骨密度测量的影响。方法选择临床观察患者15例,在下肢中立位、内旋15°、内旋30°状态下分别测量髋部BMD、BMC,比较不同体位下髋部BMD、BMC的变化。结果随着下肢旋转角度的改变,髋部BMD、BMC测量值均有变化,从中立位到15°及30°内旋时,股骨头BMD值逐渐升高,而BMC仅轻微升高。结论髋部BMD、BMC测量受体位变化的影响,其中BMD受体位变化影响较明显,一致的扫描体位对髋部骨密度测量分析具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effect of positions to the hip BMD measurement by measuring bone density measurement(BMD) and bone mineral content (BMC)of the different hip positions. Methods To contrast the differences of the hip BMD and BMC in different positions, by measuring the hip BMD and BMC of 15 patients in neutral position,medial rotation 15° and 30°Results The femoral head BMD become gradually higher from neutral position to medial rotation 15°and 30°. But the BMC only become higher a little. Conclusion Body positions have an influence on measuring the hip BMD and BMC, but it has more impacts to BMD. And the coincident body position scanning is very impotent to measure bone mineral density.
