摘  要:通过对中国石化九江分公司延迟焦化装置甩油性质和运行能耗进行技术分析,论述了甩油回炼的必要性。根据甩油回炼的影响因素并结合甩油部分回炼的运行经验,提出了甩油全部回炼的技术改造方案。技术改造完成后,装置顺利实现甩油全部回炼,总液体收率增加了1.33%,并且每年可为企业增加经济效益1752.9万元以上。By examining the causes of oil slinging of a delayed coking unit in Sinopec Jiujiang Company and the unit's energy efficiency,this article discusses the necessity of recovering the oil slung.Through an analysis of the factors affecting the recovery and based on historical experience in recovering partial oil slung,the article proposes a scheme to recover all oil slung by means of upgrading the current technologies. After the upgrade,all oil slung from the unit has been recovered for refining and the total liquid recovery has risen by 1.33%.As a result of the upgrade,the company's annual revenue is expected to rise by more than 17.53 million yuan.
