摘  要:介绍了中国石化长岭分公司500kt/a低压组合床催化重整装置催化剂再生系统在运行中存在的问题,主要有:还原氢电加热器和氯化段电加热器故障率较高,再生器中心筒损坏出现催化剂跑损,再生循环烧焦气碱洗系统设备腐蚀严重等。经过分析,提出了一系列有针对性的处理措施。措施实施后,催化剂再生系统的同步运行率由60%上升至90%,使装置整体运行稳定性得到了提高。This article describes the problems in the catalyst regeneration system of a 500kt/a low-pressure combination bed reforming unit in SINOPEC Changling Company,which include high frequency of failure of the reduced hydrogen electric heater and the chlorination electric heater,loss of catalysts resulting from the damage of the central cylinder of the generator and corrosion of the recycled circulating coke gas alkalicleaning system.The article puts forth a series of countermeasures.After adopting these measures,the catalyst regeneration system of the reforming unit in SINOPEC Changling Company has seen its synchronous operation rate rise from 60% to 90%.The unit's overall operational stability has improved.
