摘　　要：二甲基烯丙胺及其盐酸盐合成新工艺张志萍杨伟（四川省化学工业研究设计院成都６１００４１）关键词氯丙烯二甲胺二甲基烯丙胺合成农药中图分类号Ｏ６２３．７３１二甲基烯丙胺及其盐酸盐，是制备沙蚕毒素类杀虫剂如杀虫双、杀虫单、杀螟丹、杀虫磺、杀虫环等的前体化合物...n　improved　process　for　the　synthesis　of　allyl　dimethyl　amine　used　in　domestic　industrial　production　as　an　intermediate　of　dimehypo　etc,lumbriconere is　heteropoda　toxin　insecticides　is　described.The　outstanding　features　are　usage　of　toluene　as　reaction　medium,changing　initial　temperature　of　the　original　process　to　15-20℃,instead　of　5℃;with　liguidliquid　phase　reaction　to　replace　gasliquid　phase　reaction.Such　being　the　case,the　yield　and　product　quality　of　new　process　almost　matches　with　the　original　one,thus　makes　refrigeration　energy　comsumed　remarkably　reduced　and　the　operation　being　smooth.
