摘　　要：绿原酸的导数极谱法测定李自林郑筱梅（重庆师范学院化学系４０００４７）王琰（重庆建筑大学基础科学系）关键词绿原酸导数极谱法中图分类号Ｏ６５７．１４绿原酸即３－咖啡酰奎宁酸，是咖啡酸和奎宁酸形成的酯。它是金银花的主要成分，具有清热解毒，抗菌消炎的作用。除...おhe　electrochemical　behavious　of　chlorogenic　acid　in　the　sodium　citrate　solution　is　studied.The　peak　potential　of　second　derivative　reducing　peak　is　at　around　-1.7V(vs　SCE).The　heigh　of　the　peak　is　linearly　increased　with　the　concentration　of　chlorogenic　acid　over　the　range　of　1.0×10-6～5.0×10^-4mol/L(r=0.9996).The　detection　limit　is　1.0×10^-7mol/L.The　method　has　been　applied　to　determination　of　chlorogenic　acid　in　the　Flos　Lonicera　and　In-Huang　injection　solution　with　satisfactory　results.
