社会化“催化”重大石油化工项目产业化——对中科院石油化工行业重大科研项目产业化的思考

摘　　要：本文通过调研合成橡胶、甲醇制烯烃(MTO)、催化裂化干气制乙苯和煤合成油项目的科技转化案例,剖析了与社会资源结合,走社会化之路,是石油化工行业重大项目从科技研发到规模化生产的必然方式,并对这些重大项目产业化进程的经验进行了分析和总结,在此基础上,对坚持与社会优势资源相结合,走社会化之路,实现科技成果产业化进行了思考并提出建议。By investigating the case for the sci-tech transformation of the project of synthetic rubber, methanol to olefins （MTO）, catalytic-cracking dry gas making ethylbenzene and coal synthetic oil, this paper analyzes the fact that incorporation with social resource and walking on the road of socialization, are the inevitable modes for the major projects of petrochemical industry going from sci-tech research and development to scale production, and conducts analyses and summing-up of the experience of the process of the industrialization of these major projects. On this basis, the paper takes considerations on persisting in the incorporation with social dominant resource, walking on the road of socialization, and realizing the industrialization of sci-tech achievements, and submits suggestions.
