摘 要:目的研究金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对五倍子提取物的抵抗力。方法采用平板改良法体外复制金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜模型,用载体定量杀菌试验法进行实验室检测。结果培养3 d形成的金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对体积分数1.5%的五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为10 m in,作用20 m in可达到完全杀灭;对0.375%五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为30 m in,作用60 m in可达到完全杀灭。培养7 d形成的金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜对体积分数1.5%五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为30 m in,作用60 m in可达到完全杀灭;对0.375%五倍子提取物溶液耐受时间为90 m in,作用120 m in可达到完全消失。结论经过培养可形成金黄色葡萄球菌生物膜,其对五倍子提取物耐受时间和杀灭时间均随浓度降低而增加。Objective To study the resistance of Staphylococcus aureus biofilm to gallnut extract. Methods S. aureus biofilm model was created in vitro by modified plate method. The laboratory test was carried out using carrier quantitative germicidal test method. Results The endurable time of S. aureus biofilm cultivated for 3 days to 1.5% (v/v) gallnut extract was 10 win and S. aureus was completely killed after 20 min; while the endurable time of S. aureus biofilm to 0.375% (v/v) gallnut extract was 30 win and S. aureus was completely killed after 60 win. S. aureus bio - film cultivated for 7 days could endure the effect of 1.5% (v/v) gallnut extract for 30 win and was completely killed after 60 rain, and S. aureus biofilm could endure the effect of 0.375% (v/v) gallnut extract for 90 min and was completely cleaned out after 120 min. Conclusions The endurable time and the killing time of S. aureus biofilm formed by cultivation increase with decreasing the concentration of gallnut extract.
