摘  要:目的了解临床分离的革兰阴性杆菌抗消毒剂基因携带情况及其对碘伏消毒剂抗性。方法采用基因扩增法和稀释法对临床分离的三种革兰阴性杆菌抗消毒剂基因和抗菌性能进行了检测,并与标准菌株作平行比较检测。结果临床分离的三种21株革兰阴性杆菌中,检出抗消毒剂基因(qacEΔ1-su lⅠ)阳性菌株有13株,阳性率为61.9%;三种菌抗消毒剂基因携带率之间无明显差别,大肠杆菌标准株抗消毒剂基因检测阴性。有1株抗消毒剂基因阳性的铜绿假单胞菌对碘伏的最小抑菌浓度明显高于其标准株。结论临床分离的三种21株革兰阴性杆菌抗消毒剂基因携带率比较高,但其对碘伏消毒剂的抗性未观察到明显变化。Objective To study the drug - resistance gene carried by clinically isolated gram - negative bacteria and level of resistance to lodophor. Methods PCR method and broth dilution method were used to detect qacEΔ1 - sul Ⅰ gene of three clinically isolated gram - negative bacteria and the change of resistance to lodophor. Parallel comparison with standard strains was also carried out. Results Of the clinically isolated 21 strains of 3 species of gram - negative bacteria, 13 were found to be qacEΔ1 -sul Ⅰ gene positive and the positive rate was 61.9%. There was no significant difference in rate of carrying drug - resistance gene between the 3 species. The drug - resistance gene of standard Escherichia coli was negative. MIC of iodophor for 1 strain ofPseudomonas aeruginosa carring the drug - resistance gene was higher than that for standard strain. Conclusions Most of the clinically isolated 21 strains carry the drug - resistance gene, but the resistance of them to iodophor is not significantly different.
