摘 要:目的研究压力蒸汽灭菌包装中心蒸汽饱和度的测量方法。方法采用无线温度与压力记录器测量压力蒸汽灭菌包装中心的温度和舱室蒸汽压力,通过查表和计算得出灭菌包装中心的蒸汽饱和度。结果满装载测试条件下,在灭菌过程中,1号灭菌器有两次测试包装中心温度测量平均值明显小于灭菌舱室平均压力对应饱和蒸汽温度值,判定测试包装中心蒸汽未达到饱和程度。第一种挑战性满装载测试条件下,1号灭菌器在灭菌过程中,测试包中心温度平均值明显小于灭菌舱室压力平均值对应饱和蒸汽温度,测试包中心蒸汽亦未达到饱和程度。第二种最有挑战性满装载测试条件下,5号灭菌器中测试包装中心温度平均值,明显低于舱室压力平均值对应饱和蒸汽温度,判定包装中心蒸汽未饱和。结论本研究测量方法能够指示灭菌包装中心蒸汽的饱和度,挑战性满装载试验条件下会影响冷空气排除从而导致蒸汽不饱和。Objective To investigate the procedure for measuring vapor saturation at the ceter of autoclaving pack. Methods Wireless temperature and pressure recorder was used to measure the temperature at the center of autoclaving pack and vapor pressure in autoclave chamber, then the vapor saturation at the center of autoclaving pack was obtained by consulting the related data tables and calculation. Results Under the full load condition, the average temperatured meas- ure at the center of test pack in No. 1 autoclave in the course of sterilization was significantly lower than the saturated vapor temperature of a test autoclave chamber in 2 occasions. The vapor at the test pack center was considered to be unsaturated. Under the condition of challenging full load of pattern I, the average temperature at the center of test pack in No. 1 auto- clave in the course of sterilization was significantly lower than the saturated vapor temperature corresponding to the measured chamber pressure, the vapor at the center of test pack did not achieve saturation. Under the condition of the most challeng- ing full load of pattern II, the average temperature at center of test pack in No. 5 autoclave was siginificantly lower than the saturated vapor temperature corresponding to the chamber vapor pressure, the vapor in test pack center was evaluated to be unsaturated. Conclusions The procedure in this study can be applied to evaluate vapor saturation at center of the pack to be sterilized. The most challenging full load would influence expelling of cold air, leading to vapor unsaturation.
