摘 要:目的观察一种植物消毒剂气溶胶喷雾对空气中细菌杀灭效果。方法采用空气微生物采样器采样和细菌培养方法,在实验室进行了杀菌效果检测。结果制备出的植物消毒剂为含熊果酸436.43μg/ml的乙醇提取液。用该植物消毒剂原液按10 ml/m3用量,进行气溶胶喷雾,密闭作用30 min,对试验柜内空气中白色葡萄球菌平均杀灭率为99.80%;喷雾后密闭作用60 min,平均杀灭率为99.94%。结论该植物消毒剂进行直接气溶胶喷雾对试验柜内空气中细菌繁殖体具有一定杀灭效果。Objective To observe the efficacy of aerosol of a herbal disinfectant in killing air bacteria. Methods Sampiing with air microbe sampler and bacteria culture method were used to determine the germicidal efficacy of air disinfection in laboratory. Results The herbal disinfectant prepared was ethanol extract containing ursolic acid 436.43 μg/ml. Aerosol spray with the stock solution of the herbal disinfectant at the dose of 10ml/m^3 for 30 min and 60 min killed 99.80% and 99.94% of Staphylococcus albus in the test cabinet respectively. Spraying aerosol of the herbal disinfectant 100 ml for 30 rain and 60 min in a classroom ( about 60 m^2 ) eliminated 83.63% and 88.39% of natural bacteria in air respectively. Conclusions Direct aerosol spray of the herbal disinfectant shows certain efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria in air of test cabinet.
