摘 要:本文研究了浙江、吉林助熔土以及经有机胺、聚醇、有机阳离子、有机官能团和金属离子等改性的吉林助熔土的ζ电位-pH曲线,测定了它们的等电点。研究发现硅藻土表面经不同有机官能团和金属离子处理后,其等电点值及尿激酶吸附量等表面性质发生了明显变化。In this paper, the ζpH curve of Zhejiang reflux diatomite, Jiling reflux diatomite and the Jiling reflux diatomite modified by organic amine, polyethylene, organocationic ions, organofunction group and metallic ion was studied, its isoelectrical point (IEP) was determined. The results showed: the surface properties of diatomite varied after modified; the reason for variation was concerned with different organofunction group and metallic ion. The relationship between the amount of adsorption of urokinase and IEP was also studied. The capacity of adsorption also varied with IEP value, after diatomite was modified.
