摘　　要：介绍了连云港港庙岭三期突堤地基处理工程的概况,介绍了真空预压加固的原理和真空预压施工的工艺流程。着重介绍了真空预压加固关键施工工艺的要求,对原施工工艺的改进和技术创新。这一工艺取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益。This paper introduces the general situation of the Miaoling engineering＇s （Phase 3 ） foundation treat of the Lianyungang Port. Also it introduces the principle and the technology procedure of the vacuum pre - consolidation. Especially it introduces the demands of the key constructive technology of the vacuum pre - consolidation and the technical innovation. This technology has got good social efficiency and economic results.
