摘 要:研究了以粉体氧化铝水合物为固相的鼓泡浆液反应器的传热性能和温度分布及混合特性。结果表明两相和三相体系的传热速度均随表观气速的增大而增大,固相的加入强化了体系的传热效果,但固体浓度大小无明显影响。随气速增大,液相或浆液的混合程度增大,所测的轴向扩散系数也增大,液相性质和固体浓度对扩散系数的影响较小。The characteristics of heat transfer, temperature distribution and liquid mixing in a bubble column slurry reactor (BCSR) were studied Heat transfer rate increased with increasing gas velocity both for QL and QLS systmes The presence of solid phase enhanced heat transfer but only a little influence of solid concentration was observed With increasing gas velocity the liquid or slurry phase mixing was intensified and the obtained axial dispersion coefficient was also increased Liquid phase property and presence of solid phase showed insignificant effect on dispersion coefficient
