摘  要:论述了目前我国生物活性物质提取产业发展所面临的"瓶颈"之一——生物质活性物质提取的固形剩余物生态化利用问题。重点介绍了生物活性物质提取固形剩余物热化学转化利用的现状与发展趋势,提出了通过生物质固化成型与热化学转化技术处理固形剩余物,将生物活性物质提取生产中固形剩余物物转化为生物质炭、生物质焦油、生物质醋液和生物质燃气等具有市场价值的产品,在利用过程中不产生二次污染,实现清洁生产,并论证了这一生态化利用技术的经济价值以及现实意义。As one of the bottlenecks faced by the industry of active substances extracted from biomass in the process of the development in China, the problems of eco-utilization of residue production are discussed in this paper. It's focused on the present situation and development trend of thermo-chemical conversion of residue production in active substances extraction. The technology of biomass briquetting and thermo-chemical directional conversion for the treatment of residue production in active substances extraction is proposed, by which the residue production is transformed into the product such as bio-char, bio-oil, biomass vinegar, biomass gas and so on. This technology carries out cleaner production in use, not emitting secondary pollution, and the economic value and practical significance of this ecological method is also demonstrated as well.
