摘  要:采用熔融织构生长法结合顶部Sm123籽晶技术,成功地制备了直径为20mm的YBCO超导块材。该块材具有极强的磁性能。用X射线θ/2θ扫描和Φ扫描分析其结构表明,样品在三维方向上具有很强的择优取向,其c、a、b轴方向分别与Sm123籽晶的c、a、b轴方向一致,并具有类似单晶的结构特点。YBCO bulk superconductor in the shape of disk, about 20 mm in diameter, has been fabricated by melttextured growth method(MTG). It is found that the top seeding method is efficient to fabricate the material, which has excellent magnetic properties. XRD method was used for the characterization of crystal structure. It is indicated that the YBCO disk has highly preferred orientation in threedimensional directions and the c, a, baxis of crystal of the disk are the same in directions with those of the seeding used.The results show that the YBCO disk fabricated by MTG method in combination of the top seeding has the quasisingle grain structure.
