摘  要:采用管式反应器,以频那酮和氯气为原料合成—氯频那酮,系统地考察了影响反应的主要因素,提出了适宜的反应条件。结果表明,该法反应选择性好,产品纯度达97%以上,过程易于控制。Monochloropinacolone was prepared by chlorinating pinacolone with chlorine in a pipe reactor. Effects of temperature, size of the pipe reactor, residence time of the liquid, ratio of the reactants on the reaction process were examined, and the optimal condition of reaction was established.In a pipe reactor with 800mm length and 15~25mm diameter with the ratio of pinacolone to chlorine 2.5∶1~4∶1, residence time of liquid 18~21min, pinacolone is chlorinated with chlorine at room temperature. The purity of the product is over 97% and the process is easy to control than the conventional solvent process.
