摘  要:以高铝水泥、腐植酸钠和羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的混合物为型煤粘结剂,以济源烟煤为配煤,以永城无烟煤为原料煤制备型煤,研究了粘结剂各组分对型煤特性的影响规律,结果表明:腐植酸钠可增强型煤的热稳定性和机械强度,但降低其防水性;CMC可以提高型煤的初始强度,但降低其热稳定性和防水性;高铝水泥可提高型煤的机械强度和防水性,但不能增强其热稳定性;配煤烟煤可提高型煤的热稳定性和机械强度。This paper focuses on briquette cementing agent,a mixture of high--alumina cement,humic acid sodium and CMC,Jiyuan bituminous as a coal blending and Yongcheng anthracite as raw material to make briquette preparation. Meanwhile,on the basis of these, studies the impact of esch group of agents on characteristics of bri- quette,the results show that:humic acid sodium can enhance coal thermal stability and mechanical strength, but reduce its permeability;CMC can increase the initial strength,while reduce its thermal stability and waterproofs high-- alumina cement can improve the mechanical strength and waterproof, but fail to increase its thermal stability; Bituminous can increase the thermal stability and mechanical strength.
