摘　　要：文章论述了如何根据焊接构件的变形规律,采用各种方法防止和减少焊接变形及应力,正确运用火焰矫正的方法来矫正其变形,以及火焰矫正时的加热位置加热方式,加热温度和矫正步骤等方法。Accordlng to the deformational law of weld member, the paper discusses taking all kinds of methods to prevent and reduce the deformation and the stress, correctly using flame method to correct the deformation, and the heat position, way, temperature and steps in the correcting.
