摘　　要：采用数值模拟与实验测量相结合的方法,完成了探测系统刻度,得到了该探测器对单能光子的能量全响应函数,在此基础上探索出改进的剥谱法,对测量得到的连续硬X射线能谱进行解析,扣除了测量谱中非光电效应对每道计数的贡献,复现了测量位置处的实际能谱,并对该能谱测量方法进行了误差分析,提出了进一步完善措施。The method of spectrum unfolded was studied and applied to correct continuous hard X-ray measurement spectrum on the base of energy respond function of single-energy photon and relative efficiency curve for the HPGe detector which had been got by simulated calculation and measurement, the influence of counts for each channels coming from nophotoelectric effect has been avoided in the measurement spectrum. The reality spectrum was rebuilt and the improve measures of precision for this measurement method of spectrum were advanced by error analyse.
