摘　　要：在HIRFL的束流诊断中,研制了单丝束流剖面监测器。文章介绍了单丝束流剖面监测器运动控制部分基于PLC和步进电机驱动器的实现,对运动控制系统的硬件和软件的设计做了详细的介绍。整个系统已经通过调试,能够满足在HIRFL束流诊断中对运动控制的要求。The single wire beam profile monitor is developed for beam diagnosis of HIRFL. The implemen- tation of movement control system for single wire beam profile monitor, which is based on PLC and stepping motor driver, is presented in this paper. The hardware and software sections are both described in detail. The movement control system has been tested, and it can fulfill the requirement in beam diagnosis.
