摘 要:目的采用高效液相色谱法测定藿香正气水中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量。方法色谱柱:Hypersil C18柱;流动相:甲醇-水(78:22);以厚朴酚、和厚朴酚为对照品,外标法定量;检测波长294nm。结果厚朴酚在53.5~428.0μg/mL(γ=0.9999,n=5)、和厚朴酚在26.0~208.0μg/mL(γ=0.9997,n=5)范围内线性关系良好;厚朴酚平均回收率为98.19%,RSD=0.89%;和厚朴酚平均回收率为98.06%,RSD=0.93%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective To establish HPLC method for determination of honokiol and magnlol in Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid. Methods The separation was performed on Hypersil C18 (4.6 mm× 250mm, 10μm) column.The mobile phase was methane-water (78:22). The detection wavelength was 294nm.The f low rate was 1.0mL/min.Results The honokiol linear range was 53.5-428.0μg/ mL(γ=0.9999,n=5) and average recovery rate was 98.19%,RSD=0.89%. The magnlol linear range was 26.0-208.0μg/mL(γ=0.9997, n=5) and average recovery rate was 98.06%, RSD=0.93%. Conclusion The method was simple and reliable.It could be used in quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi liquid.
