摘  要:目的研究甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对SD大鼠生长的兴奋效应。方法采用SD大鼠亚慢性喂饲毒性试验(90d)设对照、低、中、高剂量组(0mg/kg、5mg/kg、20mg/kg、80mg/kg饲料),观察大鼠体重及摄食量变化。采用单因素方差分析和Dunnett's T检验比较各剂量组与对照组(0mg/kg饲料)的差异。结果实验末期雌雄性大鼠的体重增加量与对照组相比,中剂量组升高,高剂量组降低,均有统计学意义;高剂量组SD大鼠染毒1周后,与对照组相比体重增加量及摄食量出现较大增加,随着染毒时间的增加,这种增加量逐步减少,直至出现下降。结论从剂量一效应及时问一效应关系两方面分析,甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对SD大鼠的生长均存在兴奋效应。Objective To study the hormetic effect on the growth of SD rats by emamectin benzoate. Methods SD rats were divided into four groups and dosed with emamectin benzoate at 0mg/kg-feed,5mg/kg-feed,20mg/kg-feed, 80mg/kg-feed, respectively, for 90 days.The changes of body weight and food consumption in SD rats were observed and the difference between three treated groups and control group were analyzed using one-way variance analysis and Dunnett's T test. Results Compared with the control rats at the end of the study, the body weight gain was significantly increased at the middle dose level and significantly decreased at the high dose level The body weight gain and food consumption of rats at high dose level were increased after exposure one week.Following the exposure time, it was decreased compared with the control rats. Conclusion Analyzing on the dose-effect relationship and time-effect relationship,emamectin benzoate had hormetic effect on the growth of SD rats.
