摘  要:目的:观察潜艇艇员疗养前后氧化与抗氧化能力的变化,探讨其疗养效果。方法:检测67名潜艇艇员疗养前后总的超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)、锰超氧化物歧化酶(MnSOD)、铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZnSOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、一氧化氮(NO)的含量。结果:潜艇艇员疗养前后T-SOD,CuZnSOD的活力明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.01);Mn-SOD无明显变化(P>0.05),LPO比疗养前明显下降(P<0.01),NO比疗养前明显上升(P<0.01)。结论:潜艇艇员疗养后机体抗氧化能力明显提高,身体得到了很好恢复,其中SOD、NO和LPO可作为疗养效果的评定指标。Objective: To investigate the changes of oxidation and anti - oxidation before and after convalesing in submainers and evaluate convalescent effect. Methods: The levels of some indexes in submariners before and after convalesing were measured, for example: total superoxide dismutase(T - SOD ), manganese superoxide dismutase(MnSOD ), cuprozinc - superoxide dismutase(CuZn- SOD), lactoperoxidase(LPO), nitrogen monoxidum(NO). Results: Compared with before convalesing, the levels of T- SOD and CuZnSOD were significantly higher after convalesing ( P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01 ). The level of LPO was decreased significantly (P 〈 0.01 ). And there was no difference in M_nSOD (P 〉0.05). Conclusions: After convalesing, the activeties of SOD and NO increased and that of LPO decreased in submariners. The results showed the body was more capable to anti - oxidation after convalesing. The three indexes can be used to evaluate convalescent effect.
