摘　　要：刑事法制建设是中国特色社会主义法律体系建设中的重要组成部分,也是建设社会主义法治国家的基本保障之一。应当说无论是建国至今还是在以后的中国特色社会主义法律体系的建设中,刑事法制建设都有着举足轻重的地位。中国特色社会主义法律体系建设的发展方向决定了刑事法制建设的发展方向和模式,而刑事法制建设的发展情况也直接影响着中国特色社会主义法律体系的建设效果乃至社会主义法治国家的发展进程。因而,思考和研究刑事法制建设的发展是我们每一个刑事法律工作者应尽的职责。The criminal law construction is an important part of the socialist law system construction with Chinese characteristics and one of the basic guarantees of socialist eountry ruled by law. It plays a deceive role not only in the past years since the foundation of New China but also the future. The developing direction of the socialist law system construction with Chinese characteristics decides the developing direction and mode of the criminal law construction, anti the development situation of the latter will affect the construction effects, even the progress, of the former. So, thinking and studying the development of the criminal law construction is the duty of every criminal legal staff member.
