肉芽肿性病变的巨细胞形态学的计算机图像分析研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨巨细胞形态学定量分析在皮肤软组织肉芽肿性病变中的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法:选择偶发分支杆菌(MF)肉芽肿、异物性肉芽肿、结核性肉芽肿及骨巨细胞瘤各10倒进行组织病理学观察,并应用形态计量学分析方法对组织切片中的巨细胞参数进行测定。结果:MF肉芽肿的形态学及巨细胞参数与异物性肉芽肿、结核性肉芽肿及骨巨细胞瘤的巨细胞有所不同。结论:结合临床病理特点及巨细胞形态计量学检测,对皮肤软组织肉芽肿性病变的诊断与鉴别诊断有一定价值。Objective： To explore the value in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of quantitative evaluation of morphology of Giant ceils in granulomas of the skin and soft tissues. Method： Morphological observations were done and Morphological index of giant cells in granulomas of Mycobacterium Fortuitum （MF）, tuberculosis, foreign body and giant cell tumors of hone were investigated using Motic medical digital image analysis system. （Motic Med 6.0） .Results： The pathologic features and morphological index of giant cells of the granulomss of MF were different from which of the granulomas in tuberculosis and foreign bodies. Conclusion ： The correct diagnosis can be carried out in granulomas of the skin and soft tissues according to the clinical and pathologic characteristics and the quantitative evaluation of morphology of Giant cells in granulomas.
