摘 要:目的:观察C4d和C4c在先兆子痈性肾病(PN)肾组织中的分布,探讨PN与体液免疫的关系。方法:应用免疫组化方法,检测14例PN肾活检组织中C4d、C4c及各种免疫球蛋白。设正常肾组织作为对照组。方法:14例PN肾小球C4d和C4c均呈强阳性表达。主要沿血管攀沉积,各种免疫球蛋白少或缺乏;正常肾组有少量C4d沉积在系膜区,其余各种免疫球蛋白无明显沉积。结论:PN时肾小球血管攀C4d及C4c呈强阳性表达,而免疫球蛋白沉积稀少,是其较特异的形态表现;补体C4的激活可能在PN发病机制中起重要作用。To observe the expression of C4d and C4c in preedampsia nephropathy (PN) tissue, and to investigate the relationship between humeral immunity and PN. Method: The expression of C4d, C4c and routine immunohistochemical markers of renal biopsy samples were studied in renal biopsy samples from 14 patients with PN using immunohistochemistry staining and semi - quantitative scoring method. 5 samples of normal renal tissues were used as control group. Results: In all the patients with PN, C4d and C4c were strongly expressed in glomeruli, mainly along capillary loops. Other immunoglobulin was detected scarcely. In normal control group, small amounts of C4c were noted at the mesangium and C4c negative. Conclusion: Scarcity of immunnglobin deposition in glomeruli but strong expression of C4d and C4c along capillary loops may be a specific morphologie finding for PN. The activation of CA system may play an important role in the pathogenesis of PN.
