摘 要:以南京市南北主要伸展轴——宁六和宁高公路伸展轴为研究地点,划分南北两个样区,以不同时期的TM\ETM+\SPOT4遥感影像为数据源,获取研究区1986~2005年的土地利用数据,从城市强度、用地结构、重心移动轨迹、景观指数、土地利用效率等方面分析了南京市沿交通线扩展的时空分异特征并探讨其产生的原因。研究结果表明:①南北样区城市用地扩展在时间维上表现出众多共性,总体上经历了2个扩展阶段:1996年前中心功能扩散下的平稳扩展期和1996年后土地投机性加速扩展期;②南北样区城市用地在空间维上表现出扩展模式的差异性,南样区属于近轴离心惯性模式,北样区则属于发散扩展的干预模式。基于上述城市扩展机制提出:现行土地管理体制下需要保持自主管理和集中管理之间的相互协调,在推动城市开发的同时防止土地开发的连续惯性延伸和土地资源浪费,以促进城市理性增长。Taking the main north-south stretching axis (Ningliu and Ninggao Roads of Nanjing) as study sites,we chose two sample plots along the axis with the length of 27 km and the width on both sides of 3 kin. Based on Landsat TM/ETM+ SPOT4 satellite remote sensing images, the urban expansion can be extracted with man-machine interactive interpreting and analyzing method. After calculating the values of urban growth intensity,increment land's land use composition index,landscape index and landuse efficiency and measuring the urban gravity transfer pattern, we analyzed characteristics of urban spatial-temporal change along the traffic line in Nanjing and discussed the driving forces. The results are as follow; (1)The expansions of north and south sample plots show some similarities in time dimension and in general experience two phases. One is the smooth expansion period of pre-1998 in which passive expansion and diffusion of central function are main features ; the other is the accelerated expansion period of post-1998 in which active expansion and land speculation are main features. (2)The expansion mode in north sample plot is different from that of the south. The mode of South sample plot is inertial, centrifugal and near axis, but mode of north sample plot is dispersed. The substantive theories can be useful to guide the traffic-oriented development of city. The mutual coordination between self-management and centralized management should be maintained. The inertia extension of urban space and waste of land resources should be prevented, so as to ensure rational urban growth.
