摘　　要：针对中国石油锦西石化公司100×104t/a催化裂化装置烟气轮机振动高的故障情况,充分运用了S8000大型旋转机械在线状态监测与分析系统,同时借助离线监测系统美国ENTEK公司的便携式数据采集器DP1500进行现场数据的采集,参照装置生产运行状况做出了烟机故障状况的诊断分析。通过正确的判断,及时停运烟机组。The flue gas turbine of PetroChina Jinxi Petrochemical Company＇s 100×10^4t/a catalytic cracking unit suffered a serious vibration.To resolve this problem,technicians at the company applied a $8000 on-line monitoring and analysis system,combined with a DP1500 portable data collector,an offline monitoring system used to acquire data in-situ from the American firm ENTEK,in the turbine and conducted a diagnosis of the failure in the turbine having regard to the catalytic cracking unit＇s specifics.The flue gas turbine was stopped timely for overhaul after the technicians came up with a correct diagnosis conclusion.
