摘　　要：近年来，大学生求职诚信缺失问题引起了社会的广泛关注，本文从经济学角度透视了大学生求职过程中的诚信缺失行为，并结合信息不对称理论、负外部性效应、成本收益分析等方法了探究了大学生诚信缺失的深层原因。最后，借鉴西方国家的经验，提出了解决这一问题的几点建议。Nowadays, it draws generally attention in society that undergraduate＇s applications lack integrity. From the aspect of economy, these disintegrated applications are observed in this article. And it is explored with Asymmetric Information, the External diseconomy and the CBA （Cost Benefit Analysis）. From western countries＇ experience, suggestions are mentioned to solve this application problem in the final article.
