摘　　要：中国竞技体育面临着核心问题是控制竞技体育日益表面化的利益异化与利益冲突。制定法律对竞技体育利益冲突控制的措施,建立合理的调控机制:一是建立绝大多数人最大利益的整合机制,分配利益,保障利益和协商利益,在宏观上防范利益冲突的发生;二是建立合法利益的救济机制,约束非法利益,平衡合法利益,在微观上解决具体的利益冲突。The Chinese athletic sports is facing more complex and diverse social problem during the reforming time, and the core is to control the benefit dissimilation and the benefit conflict. Firstly, establishing the conformity mechanism, the assignment benefit,the safeguard benefit and the consultative benefit of the biggest benefit for the most majority of the people, which can guard against the occurrence of the benefit conflicts in on macroscopic; Secondly, establishing the relief mechanism, restraint the illegal benefit,balance the legitimate benefit which can solve the eoncrete conflicts of interest microscopically.
