摘 要:[目的]从水电解质的代谢和调节方面探讨加味厚朴温中汤治疗脾虚湿阻证大鼠的机制。[方法]建立脾虚湿阻证大鼠模型,按正常对照(正常)组、不造模给药组、模型组、自然恢复组、加味厚朴温中汤低、中、高剂量(低、中、高剂量)组7组,分别检测每组大鼠血浆醛固酮(ALD)以及血清Na+、K+浓度。[结果]与正常组比较,模型组ALD显著升高、K+显著降低(均P<0.01),血清Na+无明显变化;经加味厚朴温中汤治疗后,ALD显著下降、K+明显升高(均P<0.01),且比自然恢复组更迅速,Na+无显著性差异。不造模给药组与正常组比较,各指标差异均无统计学意义。[结论]脾虚湿阻证与水电解质代谢紊乱关系密切,加味厚朴温中汤治疗脾虚湿阻证的机制可能与其调节水电解质代谢有关。[Objective]To approach the mechanism of Jiaweihoupuwenzhong Decoction to heal the rats with syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness from the metabolism and accommodation of water-electrolyte. [Methods]The model of rats with syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness was established. The rats were divided into 7 groups: normal control, abbreviate control group given medication, model group, spontaneous recovery group, Jiaweihoupuwenzhong Decoction low, middle, high dose groups. Plasma aldosterone (ALD) and the serum sodium, serum potassium of every group were detected, [Results]Compared with normal control group, ALD of model group significantly increased(P〈0. 01), serum potassium predominantly cut down(P〈0. 01), serum sodium was almost no change. After the treatment of Jiaweihoupuwenzhong decoction, ALD was significantly lower than that in the model group(P〈0. 01), serum potassium significantly increased(P〈0. 01), and recovered more quickly than the controd,but serum sodium almost has no change; there was nosignificant difference of all the indexes between the control group given medication and normal group. [Conclusion ]There is close relationship between disorder of water-electrolyte metabolism and syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness, maybe accommodating the water-electrolyte metabolism was one of the mechanism of Jiaweihoupuwenzhong decoction to heal the rats with syndrome of splenic asthenia and accumulation of dampness.
