摘  要:应用多元统计分析法对黑龙江有代表性的12个骨干玉米自交系进行GriffingⅡ双列杂交;依据13个调查性状进行遗传距离分析和聚类分析。结果表明,12个玉米自交系可分为6个类群;玉米自交系间遗传距离大小与其表型性状、地理差异、亲缘关系并无必然联系;进行杂交育种时,亲本的选配和杂种优势的预测可以亲本间遗传距离大小作为重要依据。Griffing Ⅱ diallel cross on 12 maize inbred lines in Heilongjiang province by using multitudinous statistical analysis. Analysis of genetic distance and cluster analysis based on thirteen characters survey. The results showed that six groups were obtained among twelve maize inbred lines which genetic distance of maize inbred lines did not have absolute relation to expression type geography difference and afinity relation. The genetic distance should be the important basis on which parents and heterosis were selected when we carried out cross-breeding.
