摘 要:为解决养殖水体磷元素引起的富营养化问题,从养殖池塘中分离芽孢杆菌,测定其解磷能力,将芽孢杆菌施入模拟池塘进行试验。试验设计采用对照组、芽孢杆菌加沸石处理组和芽孢杆菌处理组,经过培养后,分析池塘底泥中有机磷组分及底泥和上覆水体中可溶性磷含量的变化,初步了解芽孢杆菌对池塘磷元素转化的影响。研究结果表明,从池塘分离的芽孢杆菌有较强分解有机磷能力,芽孢杆菌迅速分解有机磷;随着时间的延长,部分芽孢杆菌的上清液中可溶性磷含量逐渐减少。芽孢杆菌施入模拟池塘后,底泥活性和中等活性有机磷含量与对照组相比,下降较多,池塘上覆水体中可溶性磷含量也低于对照组。To solve the pond eutrophication, the bacillus had been isolated from the aquaculture ponds and determined its ability of phosphorus decomposition. Put the bacillus into imitative ponds, three treatments had adopted: control; bacillus and zeolite; bacillus. After four months, organic phosphorus components in sediment, content of dissolved reactive phosphorus (DRP) in water and sediment had been analyzed. Results showed that bacillus decomposed organic phosphorus strongly; cultured in liquid organic phosphorus medium, bacillus decomposed organic phosphorus quickly; DRP of part supernatants decreased gradually with time going. Active and middle active organic phosphorus of sediments reduced larger in the two bacillus treatments than in the control; DRP content of overlying water was lower in the two bacillus treatments than in the control.
