摘　　要：针对我国目前住宅厨卫设计现状，从提高住宅设计工作效率和工程设计质量出发，结合安居及小康住宅标准和对部分城市厨卫实态调查，分析了厨卫设备标准化设计的必要性，提出了标准化设计的思路及应注意的几个主要技术问题。Considering present state of kitchen and toilet in our country,from the point of view of improving design efficiency and quality,combining with the standard of settled andimproved housing and author's investigation for living examples of some cities, this paperanalizes the necessity of standard design of kitchen and toilet with facilities,and puts forwardthe idea of standard design of kitchen and toilet with facilities and most important technicalproblems to which more attention should be paid.
