摘 要:目的:建立用高效液相同时测定样品中水杨苷和芦丁含量的方法。方法:样品经过50%乙醇超声提取,定容,以甲醇:1.5%磷酸为流动相,以HPLC测定其中水杨苷和芦丁的含量。结果:水杨苷线性范围1.23~12.3μg,r=0.9993,平均回收率101.1%,RSD1.7%;芦丁线性范围1~10μg,r=0.9998,平均回收率l02.2%,RSD1.8%。结论:本法简单,分离度好,重复性良好,可用于测定样品中水杨苷和芦丁含量。蜂胶中不含芦丁等苷类物质,我国蜂胶行业标准值得商榷。Authors developed an HPLC method to determine the contents of Salicin and Rutin in Propolis. The separation of the two components was achieved on a reversed-phase Kromasil C18 column with MeOH-H20 (1.5%H3PO4)gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1. Results show that the calibration curves were linear in the range of 1.23- 12.3μg for Salicin (r=0.9993), and 1-10μg for Rutin (r=0.9996), with an averaged recovery at 101.1% and 102.2% respectively. It is believed that Salicin and Rutin are not existed in Propolis. The proposed method is simple, accurate, and reliable, desirable for determining Salicin and Rutin in poplar leaves and buds.
