摘　　要：由于宽带语音编码低频到高频的谱动态范围加宽,频谱倾斜现象更加显著,为了解决宽带语音编码频谱倾斜问题,进一步提高宽带语音合成语音质量,该文提出了一种新的感觉加权滤波器,并将其应用到了自适应多速率宽带语音编码AMR-WB算法中,仿真实验结果表明,新设计的感觉加权滤波器不仅有效解决了宽带语音频谱倾斜问题,且使AMR-WB 9种语音编码模式的平均w-PESQ值得到了提高。The spectral tilt is more pronounced in wideband speech signals due to the wide dynamic range between low and high frequencies. For solving this problem and improving the wideband synthesis speech quality more efficiently, a novel perceptual weighting filter is proposed in this paper. Then it is applied to the adaptive multi - rate wideband （AMR- WB） speech cedec. The simulation results indicate that the proposed filter not only efficiently compensate the spectral tilt of wideband speech signals, but also improve the wideband - perceptual evaluation of speech quality （w - PESQ） of AMR - WB 9 modes significantly.
