摘 要:对添加剂与铝磷酸盐无机树脂中和度、密度、粘度、稳定性等理化特性之间的关系进行了研究。结果表明,镁离子添加剂和硼离子添加剂均会增大磷酸盐粘结剂的密度和粘度,前者更显著。中和度和密度两个因素均对粘结剂的稳定性产生影响。硼离子添加剂使粘结剂中和度降低,稳定性显著提高,但过量则会使稳定性大大下降,降低密度也不能得到大的改善;镁离子添加剂使粘结剂中和度增大,稳定性下降。二者共同作用能够使高中合度下的粘结剂在较低密度时具有良好的稳定性。The relationship between additives and physical-chemical characteristics of aluminum phosphate foundry binder is studied. The results show that both Mg-and B-Ion additives can increase the density and viscosity of aluminum phosphate binder, but the former is more significant. Neutralization degree and density affect binder's stability. B-Ion additive decreases neutralization degree and increases stability, but excessive addition decreases stability and lowered density can not improve the stability; Mg-lon additive increases neutralization degree and decrease stability. The binder with a high neutralization degree and low density can obtain better stability by the compound addition.
