摘 要:使用正交试验方法对T10,4Cr5MoSiV,9CrWMn,GH4169 4种材料搅拌头在5 mm厚H62铜合金搅拌摩擦焊下压阶段的失效行为进行研究,结果表明,下压阶段中搅拌头质量变化细微,不同材料搅拌头焊后在搅拌针长度方向上发生了不同程度的"镦粗"变形,继而产生应力集中,直到碎断。由T10制作的搅拌头在经过两次下压试验即发生断裂,9CrWMn制作的搅拌头每次下压后都出现明显变形,都不适合作铜合金FSW搅拌头材料,4Cr5MoSiV、GH4169基本可以满足焊接要求。搅拌头受力分析说明,工艺参数对搅拌头失效影响很大,当旋转速度越大,下压速度越小,即搅拌头受下压力越小时,搅拌针"镦粗"现象越不明显。The orthogonal test was used to find out the characterization of pin tool failure in friction stir welding of copper alloy,and different tools made of T10,4Cr5MoSiV,9CrWMn and GH4169 were used in the 5 mm thick H62 copper alloy FSW.The results show that:In FSW'plunge into'stage,the weight of the pin tools changed little but the pin tools made of different materials took place on different levels of'up-setting'deformation in the direction of the length,and then stress concentration occurred and the pin fractured.T10 pin tool was broken after the first two welding experiments,9CrWMn pin tool produced obvious deformation after each experiment,which indicates that they are not suitable as tool materials in FSW of H62 copper alloy.4Cr5MoSiV and GH4169 can basically meet the requirements of welding.By analysis the force of pin tools measured in FSW process,it shows that the processing parameters have effects on the pin tool failure.The faster rotation speed and the slower pressure speed,and the smaller force of pin tool the'upsetting'phenomenon of the pin tool is less obvious.
