管道修复的一种非常规焊接方法

摘　　要：管道安装及修复中采用的非常规焊接方法有镜子成像焊接法,双人配合施焊法,开窗口焊接法。文中以炼钢转炉余热锅炉水冷壁管道修复为例,介绍了开窗口这种非常规焊接法的应用。水冷壁管损坏漏水后需修复,由于它管径小,修复中位置狭窄,故焊后质量很难保证。采用开窗口这种非常规焊接法,操作时从窗口伸入焊条焊接背面半圈,用手工TIG焊焊接窗口盖和正面半圈,能使管道修复质量得到保证。经应用表明,采用这种非常规焊接方法修复背面无法施焊的管道,能节省大量的人力、物力,这种方法值得在管道修复中推广。The mirror method,the two man matching method,and the windowing method are the unconventional welding methods in pipe installing and repairing.The unconventional welding method of windowing welding method has been introduced,and the repairing of pipe in the water wall of steel smelting converter was used as an example.The water wall pipe has to be repaired when it was damaged to leak,for its small diameter and narrow working space.The quality after welding is difficult to being guarantee.By the unconventional'windowing welding'method,the covered electrode was plunged from the'window'to weld the back of pipe,then the window's capping plate and the front of pipe were welded with the manual TIG welding method.The quality of repaired pipe can be guaranteed.The result shows that the unconventional welding methods to repair the pipeline can save a lot of manpower and material resources.This method can be popularized in the pipeline repairing.
