摘　　要：通常的题库管理系统都要根据教育测量理论,选择样本组进行测量,然后根据测量统计分析的结果,修改或选择合适的测试题以完成题库建设。大学计算机课程的自身特点,使其在选用通用题库系统时存在局限性。该题库一方面充分发挥教师的主动性,另一方面借鉴经典测量理论增强其规范性。The average item bank management system selects group measured samples according to the Classical Test Theory. Based on the results of that analysis, the system modifies or chooses a suitable test data in order to complete the building. The university computer courses have their own characteristics which make the average system limited. This designed item bank on the one hand give full play to the initiative of teachers; on the other hand enhance its normalization based on classical testing theories.
