WBM-4A型微波灭菌器对微生物杀灭效果的试验观察

摘　　要：经试验，置ＷＢＭ－４Ａ型微波灭菌器中作用７ｍｉｎ（１００℃），可将含水量为１０％～１５％的敷料包内细菌繁殖体与真菌杀灭，作用１３ｍｉｎ，可将其内ＨＢｓＡｇ抗原性破坏；作用１３～１９ｍｉｎ可将上述敷料包与器械包中枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞杀灭。BM-4A microwave sterilizer is 980 mm×580 mm×620 mm in size, 90 kg in weight and has a chamber of 570 mm ×540 mm ×420 mm, microwave frequency of 2450 MHz and output power of 2000±200 W Its leakage energy is ≤38 μW/cm2The results of germicidal tests indicated that when the dressing pack containing 10%～15% water after moistening was kept in the sterilizer for 7 min (100℃), the Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans in it could be killed completely The antigenicity of HBsAg could be destroyed after exposure for 13 min in the sterilizer and the spores of Bacillus subtilis var niger (ATCC 9372) in the dressing pack and instrument pack containing water as above ( the wrapping cloth contained 10%～15% water ) could be killed after exposure for 13～19 min
