摘　　要：在分析比较SnO2纳米线各主要制备方法的基础上,首次以金属Sn为锡源,采用自蔓延高温合成-喷射法制备了SnO2纳米线,并进行了SEM、XRD、HRTEM表征。同时,综述了SnO2纳米线的气敏性能、场发射性能和光学性能的研究现状,介绍了SnO2纳米线的几种典型应用。The methods about preparing SnO2 nanowires are discussed. For the first time metal Sn is used as raw material to synthesize SnO, nanowires by SHS-Jetting method. The nanowires are characterized by XRD, SEM and HRTEM. The present research situation on gas sensing properties, field emission properties and optical properties of SnO2 nanowires are summarized, and several typical applications are introduced.
