摘　　要：关系型借贷(Relationship banking)理论近年来一直是国外学者们研究的热点。本文对90年代以来国外与关系型借贷有关的主要文献进行了较为全面、详细地介绍,这些文献主要从形成原因、对宏观和微观经济影响和主要影响因素三个层面对关系型借贷理论予以研究。Recently, relationship banking theory is a hot topic in foreign research fields. The main references about foreign relationship banking theory after 1990 are introduced precisely in this paper. The formation reasons, the influence on micro and macro economics and main influencing factors of relationship banking theory are studied in these references.
