劳动关系发展趋势研究——基于概念演化视角的分析

摘　　要：目前学术界对劳动关系问题的探讨缺乏基础理论层面的研究,对劳动关系概念称谓、基本性质和演变规律缺乏卓有成效的系统研究。本文甄别了若干基础概念,认为劳动关系在不同时期、不同地域有着不同的表现形式,体现着不同的时代背景和内容特征,而劳动关系这一称谓更适合我国使用;总结了市场劳动关系的基本性质、分析了劳动关系现实冲击及其根由,提出了促进劳动关系趋向和谐发展的科学规制方法。As the problem of labor relation becomes gradually apparent, the research of labor relation becomes deep in each country of the world. However, the research trends home and abroad show that the probe into the labor relation in the academic circle lacks the research in basic theories, the using of labor relation appellations is a little disorderly and the studies of its basic nature and evolution laws are ineffective. The authors discriminate some basic concepts, hold that labor relation has different forms in different periods and different regions and embody different time background and content traits and the appellation of labor relation is fit for our country, summarize the fundamental characteristics of market labor relation, analyze the operation laws of labor relation and the reasons for its conflicts and put forward some scientific methods to promote the harmonious development of labor relation.
