摘　　要：从本质上说,美国金融危机的爆发是金融结构的脆弱性和金融系统内部紊乱的结果。作为一种信用危机、道德危机,美国金融危机表现出其"传染"的整体性和快速性以及政府处理危机的主导性和一致性特征,并使次贷危机最终演变为一场系统性、全球性金融危机。这场危机给各国经济造成巨大冲击,教训深刻,值得吸取。应充分认清此次金融危机的本质特征,并采取有效防范措施保持国内金融市场和房地产市场的稳定。By nature, the eruption of American financial crisis is the consequence of the frangibility of financial structure and the interior disorder of financial system. As a kind of credit crisis and moral crisis, American financial crisis demonstrates wholeness and quickness of its ＂infection＂ and the government＇ s dominance and consistency in dealing with the crisis, and the subprime crisis evolves into a systematic and global financial crisis. The crisis affects the economy of each country enormously and the profound lesson deserves to be learned. The essential character of the financial crisis should be recognized and effective measures should be taken to maintain the stability of domestic financial market and real estate market.
