开放式乳突根治术或加鼓室成形术后局部应用Merogel对促进乳突腔上皮化效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性化脓性中耳乳突炎胆脂瘤型和骨疡型患者行开放式乳突根治术或加鼓室成形术后，局部应用Merogel（透明质酸）对促进乳突腔上皮化的效果。方法30例局麻加强化或全麻下完成开放式乳突根治术或加鼓室成形术，术后7～14d抽出纱条分成2组观察Merogel组与对照组乳突腔上皮化情况。结果A组术腔上皮化时间平均33d，住院天数平均20d；B组术腔上皮化时间平均49．6d，住院天数平均25d，A组术腔上皮化时间较B组术腔上皮化时间明显缩短（P〈0．01），A组平均住院天数也较B组平均住院天数缩短（P〉0．05）。结论Merogel对乳突腔上皮化有明显的促进作用。明显减少换药次数，减轻患者痛苦，乳突腔上皮化时间明显缩短，住院时间也缩短。Objective To study the auxoaction of Merogel（ hyaluronic acid）for operative cavity epithelialization after canal wall down mastoldectomy or simultaneous tympanoplasty. Methods Thirty patients with chronic suppurative mastoiditis were divided into two groups. The patients on Merogel were recruited as Merogel group,and the others without Merogel as control group. All patients were followed up since 7 or 14 days after operation. Results The average epithelization time of mastoid cavity was 33 days in the Merogel group,and 49.6 days in control group. The average time of hospital stay was 20 days in Merogel - applying group and 25 days in control group. The epithelization time in Merogel group（ P 〈 0.01 ） and the time of hospital stay were shorter than those in control group （but P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions Merogel has auxoaetion for operative cavity epithelialization after canal wall down mastoidectomy or simuhaneous tympanoplasty,and the time of hospital stay was shorter.
